– Paper lanterns in school colors

– Glitter cardstock in school colors
– String
– Scissors
– Double-sided tape
– Cake Plate
– Diploma folder
– Mortarboard and tassel
– Pompoms in school colors
– Mini mortarboards
– Lollipop sticks
NOTE: Follow all Command™ Brand package instructions for proper surface cleaning and prep, adhesive strip placement and recommended weight claims. -
Instructions:

1. Cut out 8 – 10 inch circles from one color of cardstock. Cut out the letters to spell CONGRATS from another color of cardstock.

2. Use double-sided tape to attach the letters to the circles. Tape a long piece of string along the back of all of the letters, taping it in 2 places to each circle.

3. Use Command™ Party Banner Anchors to hang the banner.

4. Hang 3 sizes of paper lanterns on Command™ Party Ceiling Hooks. For the best look, mix in the sizes and hang them at different heights. (this party used 15 lanterns)

5. Insert lollipop sticks into the bottom of the mini mortarboards and place into top of cake to create a fun cake topper.

6. Create a personal display celebrating your graduate. Place the diploma folder on a cake plate, add the mortarboard and tassel. Use pompoms in school colors to add interest and a fun detail. Make this area personalized for your graduate. You can add anything here that relates to their activities and interests.
